Yoga Workshops are a great way to deepen the knowledge about the practice or simply spent a little more time on the mat. Some of my workshops will include theory part + practice and some will be simply a longer practice where we have plenty of time to explore the concept of staying in poses for a little longer.

Monthly Restorative Yoga Workshop

This is a monthly online Restorative Session. During this workshop we explore stillness and rest. Practice is fully guided and accessible for most. We stay in fully supported poses for a longer length of time.

Restorative Yoga is a form of a deep non sleep rest. Supporting our immune, nervous and digestive systems. Helping to reduce stress, overwhelm and anxiety.
Practiced regularly reduces inflammation, encourages parasympathetic nervous system to activate, and helps in muscle recovery. Improves sleep and digestion.
