One day retreat by the sea an extended version of our monthly Permission to Rest sessions is here to provide just that!
A full day to pause, yoga, brunch, sauna, connection and a slower rhythm right by the sea. Time to read, nap or chat.

Gentle yin practice
Deeply nourishing yoga nidra session
Time by the sea. Take a walk or sit on the terrace overlooking the water while you read or drink a cup of tea.
Outdoor Sauna session to warm, soften and support the body
A full shared brunch cooked by a private chef
Space for connection or quiet, if that’s what you need
Tea, coffee, snacks and time with no agenda

This retreat isn’t only for those who want to take part in every practice.

To have an unhurried conversation.
To spend time near others, without needing to engage all the time.
You’re welcome to join everything — or to quietly step out whenever you feel like it.
There’s no “right way” to be here.
Sometimes rest looks like movement.
Sometimes it’s lying down in stillness.
And sometimes it’s just being in a space where nothing is expected of you, while life happens gently around you.

Agenda
Yoga, rest & digest
4 days of stretching time and creating space for connection, rest and yoga. Immersing yourself in deeply nourishing meals and accessible practices such as Yin, Yoga Nidra & Restorative Yoga. Creating more space for true rest & digest to down regulate your nervous system and give you a space to release stress and tension you might be carrying. Shared meals and time together as well as enough free time to relax, nap, read and embrace the surroundings of nature. Everything is a choice. There is no pressure to take part in activities if you don’t feel like it. This is your time to rest and slow down.
3 beautiful vegetarian ( option for vegan) meals per day & dessert of course freshly prepared for you by an amazing chef Dominika. Option to sleep in or do yoga, explore beautiful local walks. Yoga Practices are designed to bring softness and space to the body and help to quiet down the mind. Environment that doesn’t pressure you into any shapes but leaves you enough space for curiosity to explore the needs of your body. Beautiful way to deepen or start your practice as there’s no pressure of time. Gentle Yin in the mornings and Relaxing Restorative and Yoga Nidra sessions in the afternoons or evenings… Additionally deeply relaxing sound bath session.

Impressive seven bedrooms, ranging from single, double and superking beds. The rooms exude charm and character, and the feeling of staying at a family home. Each room benefits from luxurious duvets and pillows, Egyptian cotton sheets and thoughtfully sourced accessories. Shared bathrooms with toiletries. Hairdryers available in every room.

A non-refundable deposit of £160 is to be paid to secure your space. Payment plans available - please ask.
Second payment of £200 is to be made by 1st July 2025.
