“I know you can do more -
but do you know how to do less?
— Lizzie Lasater
Are you ready to unsubscribe from the rush, grind and the hustle?
Do you need time just for yourself to relax and recharge?
Do you want to know how to rest well and become a well rested human?
Do you feel tired of constantly rushing everywhere and endless lists of to do lists?
I’m super excited to invite you to one of the most beautiful parts of Poland where for 4 days we will indulge in time and rest. This will be your time to slow down after summer in preparation for colder months as the weather in Poland will still be nice and warm but not too hot. With the most beautifull sunsets at our doorstep you will get the opportunity to reconnect with yourself, other people and a gentle nourishing practice of Yin and Restorative Yoga.
Time to have fun & rest!
This Retreat is your chance to finally fill your own cup.
To meet likeminded people and/or spend some time on your own, to read that book that’s been on your bedside table for months, to go to bed early, to sleep in, to PROPERLY REST!
Don’t wait - book now and plan your REST for later in the year!
accommodation
We will be staying at Dom Lowyn - which is located in the heart of the most green part of Poland. With direct access to a private lake and away from the pollution of the business of city life. Accommodation is in twin rooms with bathrooms or you can pay extra to stay in a single occupancy room. There’s a big equipped yoga room with a lake view and a shared common space.
what to expect?
Aim of this 4 day Retreat is to create a better connection to your Rest Practice.
There’s no better environment than that. Our house is located right by a private lake, surrounded by beautiful forests in the most green part of Poland.
During this retreat we will connect with a softer side of ourselves. It will be the time for you to finally slow down and hit that pause button. Sleep, eat well, practice, indulge in conversations, time and nature. Daily forest walks, sunsets, yoga, meditation and breathwork.
Delicious, nourishing local vegetarian food prepared by a local chef.
Lots of time to REST and slow down as well as learn about different ways of regulating your nervous system and decreasing the amount of stres in your life.
Perfect way to enter a slower season of fall nourished and recharged.
who is it for?
Everyone. You can come on your own or with a friend/partner.
All bodies, all abilities, all age, all genders.
It doesn’t matter if you have any experience with yoga or none.
All practices are accessible and gentle with focus on regulation & rest.
If you feel the call to slow down or perhaps run away from your daily life for a moment (it’s ok to want that!) - this is a perfect retreat for you!
agenda
Main goal is slow down. Therefore plan of the retreat is set up in a way to allow shared meals together as well as enough free time to relax and embrace the surroundings of nature and water.
Yoga Practices are designed to bring softness and space to the body and help to quiet down the mind. Optional gentle movement in the mornings focusing of fascia as well as relaxing Yin, Restorative during the day and Nidra sessions in the evenings - perfect to then just slide straight into bed with your book and a cup of herbal tea.
Retreat begins on Thursday 12th Sept around dinner time (I will be helping with arranging the transport) and finishes on Sunday 15th after lunch.
