Evening Yin | 30min

This 30-minute yin yoga session is designed to gently transition you from the energy of the day into a state of deep relaxation. With long-held, floor-based postures supported by props or cushions, this practice targets the deeper connective tissues—fascia, joints, and ligaments - while creating space for emotional and mental release.

Evening yin is especially powerful for calming the nervous system. By holding poses for 3-5 minutes and softening into stillness, the body shifts from the active sympathetic state into the parasympathetic "rest-and-digest" mode. This not only helps reduce stress and anxiety, but also improves flexibility, soothes the joints, and supports better sleep.
