Meet your teacher

Paula is a yoga, meditation, and rest teacher based in Edinburgh, offering inclusive, accessible, and trauma-informed sessions both in person and online, in English and Polish.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that yoga is for everyone. She specialises in slower, nourishing practices such as Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra, as well as meditation and breathwork, with a focus on regulating the nervous system and supporting deep rest.

With over eight years of teaching experience and extensive training including Yin & Acu Yin, Restorative Yoga, Trauma-Informed Yoga, MBSR, and somatic and fascia work - Paula creates a safe, welcoming space where people of all levels can connect with their bodies, find balance, and move at their own pace.

She has worked extensively with people experiencing chronic stress and illness, helping them discover practices that are sustainable, supportive, and adaptable to their needs. Paula prides herself on accessibility, offering guidance and options so that everyone can feel comfortable and confident in their practice.
