In honour of this time of transition this 2hr Yin inspired workshop will offer you an opportunity to gain perspective, insight, and clarity. Stimulating the lung and large intestine meridian pair through the interplay of extension and contraction along the upper torso and arms we will work with Metal element to dive deeper into slowing down, letting go and releasing what is no longer serving us.
Incorporating yin and meditation practice to help in the process of letting go and moving forward with positivity and determination concluding with a beautiful yoga nidra to seal the practice to leave you feeling relaxed and renewed!
